All our coffees are roasted on demand and are sold direct to you, to ensure freshness and drinking qualities are maintained.
We recommend using small amounts of Coffee and purchased more often: purchase enough for about 4-6 weeks at the most. 

Espresso Classic

A medium to dark roasted coffee. A blend Using Beans from Brazil, Africa, New Guinea and Sumatra. This is a smooth, sweet flavoured coffee with minimum acidity and bitterness.
Classic is ideal for drinking ‘All Day”!  This is our Flagship coffee blend, it's full bodied, suitable for most brewing methods and especially suited to milk based espresso drinks such as Lattes and Cappuccinos.

Organic Coffee (Mocha Kenya Style)

Native Organic (100% Certified)By popular demand we have released this beautiful 100% certified organic coffee. It has taken a number of months to source and correctly roast this coffee to a level that we are proud to offer the public. Developing this Certified Organic Coffee blend, has been trial and error over a number of months to achieve this remarkable coffee. This blend has a full bodied coffee flavour, it also has a glorious sweetness to it from an African sourced bean, the robust full flavour is achieved through a a coffee grown by PNG Natives. The flavour is very reminiscent of the Old Mocha Kenya style coffees we all loved in the past.
A must try if you have any doubt that Organic can be sensational.​

Rovelli Coffee (Custom Roasted)

Strong,  syrupy and smooth, an absolute premium top shelf blend.   Central American Coffee based blend with the addition of full bodied coffees including from Kenya and Sumatran.  A rich blend, achieved with a little darker roasting more towards a classic Italian style coffee. This coffee is more on the cocoa side of the flavour wheel and roasted a touch darker than our usual Northern Italian style roast. Ballsy, Bold but Smooth and not bitter would be a good description. 
A number of Cafes are using this lovely coffee, it is beautiful as a Black coffee and is equally appreciated in Milk Beverages. ​

An exotic blend of premium coffees, sourced from Papua New Guinea , Ethiopia ,Central America and other equatorial regions. Jaguar is a very smooth blend with delicious aromatic tones. Most suited to gentle coffee preparation methods, such as plungers and filter coffee makers. This blend is great if you take your coffee black, long or short. ​Exceptional when used for Cold Brewing.

Graveyard Shift is strong, it is full bodied, it leaves a very nice after taste. If you do long hours this is a coffee that will keep you going.

Colombian Supremo’ , Mexican and Ethiopian decaffeinated by the patented 'Mountain Water Method’ are used in this blend. This decaf is a full flavoured and full bodied coffee. The beans are freshly roasted locally to maintain all the taste and qualities of exceptional non-decaffeinated coffee a unique combination;   all the pleasure of coffee without the caffeine. These decaf coffees are widely recognised as the finest Decaf Coffee available.
