Antilles Coffee Story.
Antilles Coffee started roasting coffee for their own Cafe in 1998 on the 15 kg Toper picture shown. It has taken many years of work to have the quality of coffee and Coffee Blends we have on the market. Antilles Coffee has won many awards in Nation wide commercial coffee competitions with all the blends, including our Decaf Supreme Blend.
We started roasting our own coffee a result of not being able to source reliable, flavoursome and fresh coffee. The vast majority of coffees available were either stale, very bitter or burnt and in most cases a combination of all three. Warehouses and distribution companies that do not understand the complexities of the coffee industry were the norm and they were flogging mass produced, stale unpalatable coffee which did not suit our requirements. Incidentally we had a massive increase in our retail coffee sales in our own cafe when we started using our own High Grade Coffees.
After a favourable introduction of our roasted coffee in our own store we branded the coffee as Antilles Coffee and have made it available to other coffee outlets that are passionate about the quality of coffee they serve to their customers. The result is a very quick growing coffee company that prides itself on personalised service and giving informed information. Drawing on thirty five years of experience in the Hospitality Industry
Antilles Coffee is now available through outlets all over Australia who have found out about our beautiful coffee through ‘word of mouth’ referral. Antilles Coffee now has two Coffee roasters the 15 kg Toper and a state of the art 30 kg Roastmax Roaster sourced from Turkey in 2010 shown above left. The 30 Kg roaster has recently had the burners and electronics upgraded to the latest technology from Italy. The small capacity roaster is in line for the same upgrade very soon.
In addition to our boutique coffee we supply an extensive range of directly sourced high quality loose leaf teas, drinking chocolates and other cafe equipment and commodities. All available on-line.
We are more than just COFFEE ROASTERS, our range of products include: Barista Tools, Cleaning Products, Water Filtration, freshly roasted coffees, exquisite leaf teas and many other cafe related products.
Antilles Coffee has it's own service technician, ensuring that our commercial customers have their equipment running at peak performance.
Antilles Coffee have recently added our own Nespresso® compatible coffee capsules to the product range. The Capsule range includes our three main award winning coffees and a superb decaf, there is a blend to suit all coffee preferences.

Two Roasters
All our coffees are roasted and sold direct to you, to ensure freshness and drinking qualities are maintained. We recommend purchasing small amounts of Coffee and purchased more often: purchase enough for about 4-6 weeks at the most. We roast pretty well on demand and don't use a distribution network to ensure you are not buying stale coffee.
