Coffees and  Blends

All our coffees are roasted and sold direct to you, to ensure freshness and drinking qualities are maintained. We recommend ordering small amounts of Coffee and purchasing more often: purchase enough for about 4-8 weeks keeps coffee at it's optimum drink quality .  We roast pretty well on demand to ensure you get your coffee as fresh as possible.

New Product Native Organic.

Native Organic (100% Certified)

By popular demand  we have released this beautiful 100% certified organic coffee. It has taken a number of months to sorce and correctly roast this coffee to a level that we are proud to offer the public. Developing this Certified Organic Coffee blend, has been trial and error over a number of months to acheive this remarkable coffee. This blend has a full boddied coffee flavour, it also has a glorious sweetness to it from an African sourced bean, the robust full flavour is accheived through a a coffee grown by PNG Natives. The flavour is very reminiscent of the Old Mocha Kenya style coffees we all loved in the past.
A must try if you have any doubt that Organic can be sensational.

Jaguar Blend

An exotic blend of premium coffees, sourced from  Papua New Guinea ,  Ethiopia ,  Central America and other equatorial regions. Jaguar is a very smooth blend with delicious aromatic tones. Most suited to gentle coffee preparation methods, such as plungers and filter coffee makers. This blend is great if you take your coffee black, long or short.

Espresso Classic  (Our Flagship coffee)

A medium to dark roast. A blend Using Beans from Brazil, Africa, New Guinea and Sumatra. This is a smooth, sweet flavour with minimum acidity and bitterness.
Ideal for drinking ‘All Day”!  This is the coffee blend I use in my own shop. It is suitable for most brewing methods, but is especially suited to milk based espresso drinks.

Iron Horse

A darker roasted blend with a flavoursome, syrupy and full bodied taste.  ‘Iron Horse” is blended using beans from  South America ,  Indonesia and Africa. A stronger coffee with ample body and lingering after taste ideal for Milk based espresso beverages and those whom like Italian type coffees

Rovelli Coffee  (custom roasted)

Strong,  syrupy and smooth. A  Central American Coffee based blend with the addition of full bodied coffees including from Kenya and Sumatran.  A rich blend, achieved with a little darker roasting more towards a classic Italian style coffee. tobut more on the cocoa side of the flavour wheel and roasted a touch darker than our usual Northern Italian style roast. Ballsy, Bold but Smooth and not bitter would be a good description. 
A number of Cafes are using this lovely coffee, it is beautiful as a Black coffee and is equally appreciated in Milk Beverages.

Decaffeinated Coffee :  Antilles 100% Swiss Water Method Blend 
Colombian Supremo’ and Mexican Mountain Water coffee beans decaffeinated buy the natural ‘Swiss Water Method’ are used in this blend. This decafe is a full flavoured and bodied coffee. The beans are freshly roasted locally to maintain all the taste and qualities of normal coffee.  These decaf coffees are widely recognised as the finest Decaf Coffee available and .
