Over the past year or so, coffee prices have continued to rise, driven by a combination of global supply chain disruptions and shortages of both green coffee beans and labor. The Green coffee bean prices alone have almost tripled over the past twelve months, with a 30% increase in the past month alone.
To date Antilles Coffee have absorbed these rising costs to avoid passing them on to our wholesale customers. However, the continued increase in production costs is now unsustainable. In addition to raw coffee beans, we are seeing significant increases in all our operational expenses — including energy, transportation, printing, packaging, insurances, property rates.

Quick Mill Aquila Profi Stainless Steel Coffee Machine

The Quick Mill Aquila Profi is made of stainless steel and has a professional E-61 brewing group in chromed brass. The machine has a steam pipe for frothing milk for cappuccino and latte, and a tap for hot water for tea.
Both the nozzle and the tap is encapsulated to reduce the risk that you will get burned on these pipes. Aquila has a heat exchanger that allows for simultaneous brewing and frothing of milk. With the PID-functionality you can adjust the brewing temperature. Manometer that measures pressure in boilers and during brewing.
Aquila has a rotor pump for quieter and safer operation. The pump can be adjusted on the right side of the machine. The machine can be connected to a water pipe instead of using the water tank.

At this time if of the year as the days are starting to lengthen the weather is slowly warming, blossoms are appearing and the native birds are becoming very active. Our Seasonal SPRING BLEND is a vibrant, bright and uplifting coffee that is combines well with the slightly warmer temperature. It reflects flavours of bright stone fruit and citrus – making a vibrant cup perfectly fit for the season.
The Spring Blend makes a beautiful milk based beverage. It is Suitable for all coffee brewing processes and makes a very smooth espresso or long black as well. If Cold Brewing is your thing, this coffee will float your Boat.
The SPRING Blend is a simple blend of two remarkable coffees, one from Guatemala and the other country of origin is a secret.
Tasting Notes - Bright, milky chocolate, subtle spice notes, nice acidity. Bold but Smooth and not bitter would be a good description.
