A simple way to make great cold brew at home — brew, strain, chill and enjoy.
Cold Brew Ratio
For a smooth, full-flavoured cold brew, we recommend a 1:8 coffee-to-water ratio.
100 g coffee + 800 ml water
125 g coffee + 1 litre water
Use a coarse grind and steep for 12–18 hours. Strain, refrigerate and serve over ice, black or with milk.
Prefer it stronger? Simply increase the amount of coffee to taste.
