At Antilles Coffee, we carefully source premium coffee beans from some of the world's finest coffee-growing regions before expertly roasting them in Tamworth, NSW. Whether you enjoy a smooth breakfast coffee, a rich espresso or a bold dark roast, our award-winning range has been crafted to deliver exceptional flavour in every cup.
We recommend useing small amounts of Coffee and purchased more often: purchase enough for about 4-6 weeks at the most. We roast pretty well on demand and don't use a distribution network to ensure you are not buying stale coffee..

Rovelli Coffee (Custom Roasted)
Strong, syrupy and exceptionally smooth, this is a true premium, top-shelf blend.
Built on a foundation of carefully selected Central American coffees and complemented by full-bodied beans from Kenya and Sumatra, this blend delivers outstanding depth, balance and richness. Roasted slightly darker than our traditional Northern Italian style, it leans towards a classic Italian profile, bringing out luxurious cocoa and dark chocolate notes with a lingering, velvety finish.
Bold, ballsy and full of character, yet remarkably smooth and never bitter, this is a coffee that makes a lasting impression.

Most suited to gentle coffee preparation methods, such as plungers and filter coffee makers. This blend is great if you take your coffee black, long or short. Exceptional when used for Cold Brewing.
Graveyard Shift Coffee
GRAVEYARD SHIFT is a super strong coffee, it is extra dark roasted and has a higher caffeine content. An blend of premium coffees, selected for their power and strength and caffeine content.
Designed for people who need a super charged lift from their coffee; especially shift workers, transport workers, office workers and coffee drinkers whom struggle with tiredness or being able to focus on the task at hand.
Graveyard Shift is strong, it is full bodied, it leaves a very nice after taste. If you do long hours this is a coffee that will keep you going.

Decaffeinated Coffee : Antilles 100% Mountain Water Method Arabica coffee.
Colombian Supremo’ , Mexican and Ethiopian decaffeinated by the patented 'Mountain Water Method’ are used in this blend. This decaf is a full flavoured and full bodied coffee. The beans are freshly roasted locally to maintain all the taste and qualities of exceptional non-decaffeinated coffee a unique combination; all the pleasure of coffee without the caffeine. These decaf coffees are widely recognised as the finest Decaf Coffee available.
