This months and our first Coffee of the month is a washed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. This one of Ethiopia’s finest and considered by many a s one of the world’s best single origin coffees. Great as a Plunger, a Shot of espresso or the bases for your favourite milk coffee.
Tasting Notes:- A distinctive bean with its own specific regional characteristics. This coffee is extraordinarily bright with citrus, spice and some floral characteristics and rich intensity finding Kumquat and Jasmine in the cup. Definitive and offering remarkable clarity and finish, this is a brilliant single origin espresso bean.
